Today's look is all about Grunge-Glam. It is a wearable grunge look with an impeccable glam twist.
I've added a glamorous edge to today's grunge look with a mix up of different elements & textures at play - Monochrome, Fringe & Earthy Tones, from VERO MODA's new collection.
I layered this plain white t-shirt with fringe detailing at the ends with this monochrome printed jacket paired with these earthy tone military green/khaki pants,all from VERO MODA. The fringe detailing of the top and the monochrome print play of the jacket make for an interesting texture play of the garments. These military green pants have such a comfy fit and give a very laid-back chic vibe to the look.
I glammed up this grunge look with some statement accessories - a chunky silver statement necklace layered with a long silver necklace with a blue snakeskin print pendant, silver spike & tassel long earrings and a pair of brown sunnies with gold studs.
Also adding a glamorous touch was the hair in a top-knot bun and dark Bordeaux lips. I completed the look with a black fringe bag and black ankle boots.
This look has the right amount of swag and glamour. Instead of going all out grunge, this look makes for a great alternative on how you can make even casual chic a tad more glamorous and edgy.
